What wine goes well with pork tenderloin?
There are many ways to answer this question, which means there’s no wrong answer.
Much of your pairing will be about personal taste. If you don’t like reds, obviously Merlot won’t be a good pairing for you. Additionally, the sauce or marinade you choose can influence whether or not a hearty red or light white is more in order – not to mention your own seasonal priorities (We lean toward crisp whites in the heat of summer and bold reds in the doldrums of winter).
We are a huge fan of herb and garlic encrusted pork tenderlion, which pairs quite nicely with Zinfandel or Pinot Noir. Cover the tenderloin in a cranberrry chutney and try it with Sauvignon Blanc or German Gewurztraminer. The point is, mix it up and find your favorite.
If a pig were crossing the road alongside the chicken, which one would arrive on the other side first?
Without a doubt…the pig. Fact is, pigs never look back and always stay focused on what’s ahead.
Ham or pulled pork - what’s your favorite sandwich?
Just like the rest of the nation, I choose ham. Glorious piles of thinly sliced ham rank as America’s #1 choice of sandwich.
What’s the square root of 347?
Is there a square root to 347? Better off asking a math teacher, then encourage said educator to take an informative trip to Porktastic.
